Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist
We’re Looking for an Experienced Pediatric PT or OT !
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Therapist with a passion for hands-on therapy and early childhood development with at least 5 years of experience, specializing in infants to 18 months. The ideal candidate has expertise in: ✔ Torticollis & Plagiocephaly Treatment ✔ Body Tension & Oral Ties Support ✔ Mouth Work & Pre/Post-Release Therapy for Oral Ties ✔ Traumatic Birth Recovery & Developmental Delay Therapy ✔ CST (Craniosacral Therapy), CFT (Cranial Fascial Therapy), and DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention) Intensives What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Required: Licensed Therapist with 5+ years of pediatric experience (preferably with infants) 🔹 Preferred: Experience with oral ties, mouth work, and pre/post-release therapy. 🔹 Preferred: Background in CST, CFT, DMI, or a willingness to get trained in these approaches. 🔹 Passion for holistic, hands-on therapy and family-centered care 🔹 Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families 🔹 Interest in intensive therapy models and hybrid practice (clinic/home/virtual) Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Provide skilled therapy services to pediatric patients, with a focus on newborns, infants and toddlers. 🔹 Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of appropriate pediatric diagnoses. 🔹 Establish individualized treatment plans and goals. 🔹 Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner. 🔹 Use hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, myofascial release, or other bodywork modalities. 🔹 Educate families and caregivers on home exercises and developmental support. 🔹 Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. 🔹 Ability to navigate technology (documentation, video conference, email, etc) 🔹 Self starter and independent worker. What We Offer: 🔹 1099 Independent Contractor role. Competitive contractor rates (based on experience) 🔹 Flexible scheduling with hybrid options.
